Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Property Receivership Associates, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Case Management: Oversee a portfolio of property receivership cases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to maximize recovery values for clients while minimizing risks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, lenders, and other stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all cases comply with legal and regulatory frameworks, providing accurate reports to clients and regulatory bodies as required.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, legal updates, and best practices in property receivership and insolvency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property receivership, insolvency, or a related field, with a strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrable leadership skills, with experience managing and developing a team.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle complex cases efficiently.
- Proficiency in property-related software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant qualifications in insolvency, property management, or similar disciplines are advantageous (e.g., RICS, CPI, or JIEB).
