A fantastic opportunity has emerged for an experienced New Build Solicitor to join a well-regarded team in Solihull. This is a full-time, permanent position with real potential for career progression, primarily office based.

This multi-site law firm, based in the West Midlands, is highly regarded for its expertise in conveyancing and new build property services.

The Role

The firm is looking for a New Build Solicitor to join a busy team of conveyancers and support staff. You will manage a caseload of new build property matters from start to finish, including:

• Sales and purchases
• Equity transfers
• Right to buy
• Shared ownership schemes
• Lease extensions

The Ideal Candidate

To be considered, you should:

• Have significant experience in New Build property transactions
• Be capable of managing and supporting a team
• Demonstrate excellent client relationship skills, particularly with house builder referrers
• Meet fee income targets
• Take an active role in marketing and business development efforts
