Property Solicitor - Penhaligon's Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Solicitor (3 years PQE) to join this highly successful law firm based in the heart of South West London.

Duties as follows:

• To provide legal and practical advice to a diverse portfolio of clients on a range of both commercial and residential property matters.
• To act for small house builders on site acquisition and related planning matters with a focus on "back garden" developments, option agreements and conditional contracts
• Experience dealing with Plot Sales.
• Commercial leases acting primarily for tenants and small business owners.
• Commercial financing acting for a variety of borrowers.
• Mix of some residential conveyancing for business / commercial / property investor clients.
• Mix of licences to alter, deeds of variation and general landlord and tenant matters.
• Potential for some exposure to Asset Purchase Acquisitions.
• To meet profit cost targets and other agreed targets in areas such as the generation of new business.
• To assist the firm in implementing its Business Plan and to participate in the marketing of the firm accordingly.
• Ability to manage own caseload effectively with an emphasis on the importance of client care.
• Ability to generate fee income to a set target based on a multiple of salary.
• Clear understanding of Money Laundering Regulations, Solicitors Account Rules and other regulatory obligations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE to join a highly reputable law firm within its Commercial and Residential Property practice area.
