Estate Agent looking for a career change into PropTech sales? £40k base and £75k OTE
What my client is after
My client is looking for a sophisticated sales person from Estate Agency with over a few year's experience who wants to join their established and ingenious PropTech company near Kensington in London.
The role here is a mixture of business development, account management, and customer success (see responsibilities).
Energetic. Charismatic. Articulate. Chameleonic. Resilient. Good listener. Fun and engaging... these are some pretty good traits to have in your locker.
The Client
Instead of selling houses, you're selling their tech platform that gives estate agents incredible knowledge on everything to do with properties.
You're not micro-managed here. You don't have silly KPI's like how many calls you've made. Or how many clients you visit.
It's Quality over Quantity. Build relationships. Demonstrate value. Generate revenue.
If you're someone who understands the sales cycle, can nurture leads, relationships and clients, and can close deals, you're going to fly high.
