Protection Adviser - GCB Recruitment : Job Details

Our clients, a rapidly expanding protection advice firm based in Southend-on-Sea are seeking experienced Protection Advisers to join their growing team on an employed, hybrid, or remote basis. This opportunity offers advisers a supportive, lead-rich environment with significant earning potential. Advisers will focus on compliance and providing tailored solutions to convert leads into lasting client relationships.

With ambitious growth plans and a well-established infrastructure, this position offers advisers the chance to enhance their earnings while concentrating on delivering exceptional advice.

Package & Benefits:

• Basic Salary £27,000 - £30,000
• Commission Structure Up to 25%
• OTE £90.000 +
• Performance-related bonuses linked to compliance, business mix, and personal targets.
• Admin support provided, with potential paraplanning support under review.
• Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
• Hybrid working preferred, remote considered dependent on location and experience.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in protection advice.
• Qualified with R05 or CeMAP.
• Proactive, collaborative, and driven with a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored protection advice through remote consultations.
• Manage and convert a high volume of warm leads provided by the company.
• Ensure all cases are compliant, fully packaged, and submitted promptly.
