• Working 1:1 with pupils who require SEN assistance,
• Working collaboratively with therapists, teachers and parents to create effective plans for the development of pupils with SEN,
• Underpinning the class teacher's lesson plans,
• Updating parents on the progress of their child.

Psychology Graduate - SEMH TA - Job Description

• £110 - £120 per day,
• Starting ASAP
• Long-term, full-time role
• Adapt learning material to support student's needs
• Prepare learning materials
• Providing 1:1 Support for pupils across KS3-KS5 with behaviour requirements as well as SEN.

Psychology Graduate - SEMH TA - Person specification

• Psychology or Kindred degree at a 1:1 or 2:1 level,
• Strong A-Levels and GCSEs
• Passion for education
• Charismatic and confident personality
• Fantastic communication skills
