Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant - Philosophy Education Ltd : Job Details

Are you a psychology graduate with a passion for making a difference in young lives? Join our team and work with children who have behavioural and mental health needs.

We have a large number of schools in Lambeth seeking confident, proactive graduates with a good understanding of child mental health to work as teaching assistants. You'll have the opportunity to:

• Work closely with pupils aged 11-16 on a 1 to 1 basis

• Support children with identified behaviour, SEMH, SEN, and ASD needs

• Participate in specialist mentoring sessions and interventions

• Gain training in effective behavioural interventions and approaches

• Collaborate with the school's SENCO, senior management, and external agencies

Immediate cover work and long-term full-time roles starting ASAP for the next academic year.
