Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing: Accurately process supplier invoices, ensuring they are matched to purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Queries: Handle supplier queries and liaise with internal departments to resolve any issues.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchase ledger transactions.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a finance department.
- Skills: Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organisation: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
