Page Personnel are currently working with this well established construction and facilities business based in Harrogate. Due to continued growth and expansion they are are seeking a highly organised and motivated temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team.

Description

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Process supplier invoices
  • Dealing with queries regarding Purchase Order's
  • Matching invoices against delivery notes
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
  • Assisting in Prepayment runs and ensuring payment is raised within a timely manner

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Completed a similar role previously
  • Excellent attention to detail skills
  • Great Communication skills
  • Competency with accounting software such as Sage
  • Knowledge of accounts payable procedures and processes
