Working for an established Company in their busy Accounts Department specifically working on the purchase ledger.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting in the accounts department with the purchase ledger
- Matching purchase invoices with delivery notes and allocating nominal codes
- Reconciling supplier statements and processing weekly payments
- Raising sales invoice, credit notes and monthly statements
- Recording petty cash, employee expense claims and bank card payments
- Performing ad hoc accounts and duties when required
