Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk - Healthcare - £30,000 per year - Onsite
FryerMiles are delighted to be supporting a not-for-profit, ethical healthcare organisation that puts its customers first, in recruiting an adaptable and personable purchase ledger to join their team in Camberley.
Responsibilities:
- Entering received invoices accurately and efficiently into the purchase ledger system.
- Completing Workflow process to ensure all invoices due to be paid have relevant authorisation and are treated appropriately
- Establishing that all purchase ledger entries are coded to the correct property and cost code
- Reviewing weekly payments and being proactive in identifying accounts where records do not align.
- Assisting Management Accountants with any year end queries.
- Following up with suppliers and Estate Managers for any missing invoices or credit notes
- Keep the log of daily processing scores and sending out weekly Purchase Ledger reports.
- Responsible for 100s and 100s of separate ledgers in a variety of different sectors.
Experience Needed
- Purchase Ledger: 3 years preferred
- Accounts Payable: 2 years preferred
- Business to Customer: 1 year preferred
