Job Description :

Robert Half has been asked to recruit an interim Accounts Payable clerk for our client in Watford, for a period of approximately 2-3 months to cover a more senior permanent.process.

This position of Interim Accounts Payable clerk be varied and focus on the following key skills;

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Invoice Processing
  • Approvals
  • Payments Log
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Mailbox queries
  • Friendly personality
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
  • General Microsoft office skills, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
  • Good IT understanding ( Financial Force / Sales Force preferred but not essential )

The position of Interim Accounts Payable clerk will be paying circa £14-15 per hour ( PAYE - plus holiday pay ), it will be full-time and on a hybrid remote working basis ( minimum 3-4 days per week in the office ) with a view of starting immediately.
