Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk

Location: Dudley

Salary: £26,000

We are currently recruiting for a nationally recognised, long-standing and successful business based in Dudley! We are looking for a confident Purchase Ledger Clerk, with at least 1 year or working experience in Purchase Ledger. Ideally, the successful candidate will hit the ground running in this end-to-end role! The team are established and welcoming, they’re hoping for a likeminded person to join them long-term.

Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Match and process invoices with their matching receipts and obtain the required authorisation for invoice clearance
  • Support with and resolve supplier queries, working effectively with stakeholders and other departments
  • Complete supplier statement reconciliations
  • Prepare and process weekly payment runs

Ideally, You Will:

  • Be a detail orientated individual that is proactive and organised, in order to work effectively in this fast-paced environment!
  • Be a confident and clear communicator, we are looking for a candidate that can work effectively with internal and external stakeholders!
  • Must have at least 1 year of working experience in Purchase Ledger in order to hit the ground running with the role!
  • Ideally, you will have previous experience with Sage 50 or Sage 200
