Job Description :

We are delighted to partner with a fantastic organisation in Bampton that are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team on a part time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience to thrive in a supportive and collaborative environment!

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing Purchase Ledger invoices
  • Resolving internal & external queries
  • Assisting in the production of Cheque Payment runs
  • Assisting in the production of BACS runs
  • Scanning of cheques
  • Managing the Accounts Inbox

What they're looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills including Excel
  • Extremely well-organised
  • Someone that is wanting part time flexible hours
