Purchase Ledger Clerk

£30,000 + Pension + Private Medical

Some of your duties will include:

- Working as part of the finance team and managing the purchase ledger

- Ensuring that all purchase invoices were entered in a timely and accurate manner

- Reconciling supplier statements and carrying out timely payment runs

- Assisting with producing accrual and prepayment schedules and posting monthly journals

- Maintaining fixed asset register and preparing monthly depreciation journals

- Assisting with year-end audit files and collating supporting documents
