Our client is a Global manufacturer and distributor with a workforce of over 1000 employees. This is a newly created role based at their UK Head office presence and are a business renowned for their high-quality products and commitment to innovation.

Description

• Processing stock invoices and credit notes.
• Reconciliation of supplier statements.
• Managing the purchase ledger inbox
• Responding to supplier queries promptly and professionally.
• Assisting the team with general Purchase Ledger duties
• Collaborating with other members of the Accounting & Finance team.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Profile

The successful candidate should have:

• Proficiency in financial software applications.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
