- Prepare and process payments to suppliers.
- Dealing with high volumes of transactions for the general ledger
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any issues or queries.
- Raising credit notes when necessary
- Preparing statements reconciliation
- Handle supplier queries by email and taking inbound calls.
- Using SAP daily including bespoke system
The candidate
- Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience in SAP or Salesforce preferred.
- Must be comfortable working to deadlines.
- Must be able to work from home as well as office.
