Key Responsibilities:
Accurately processing supplier invoices and ensuring timely payments
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
Managing purchase ledger records and maintaining up-to-date information
Assisting with month-end closing and reporting tasks
Communicating with suppliers and internal departments to address queries
Supporting the finance team with other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant qualifications (AAT, ACCA, or equivalent) are advantageous
