Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately processing supplier invoices and ensuring timely payments

  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies

  • Managing purchase ledger records and maintaining up-to-date information

  • Assisting with month-end closing and reporting tasks

  • Communicating with suppliers and internal departments to address queries

  • Supporting the finance team with other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero)

  • Relevant qualifications (AAT, ACCA, or equivalent) are advantageous
