Position: Purchase Ledger Clerk

Contract Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Location: North Derbyshire - close to Alfreton

Start Date: Immediate

Hours: Full-time (flexible start times between 07:30 am - 9:30 am)

Salary: £25,000 - £26,000

A well-regarded business in North Derbyshire is looking for an experience Accounts Payable professional to join their team on a temporary contract.

Responsibilities:

• Process purchase invoices and match them to purchase orders
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Resolve supplier queries efficiently
• Ensure accurate and timely transaction processing
• Maintain purchase ledger records

Requirements:

• Recent, hands-on experience in a purchase ledger role
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
