About the Role: Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager, you’ll play a vital role in managing supplier payments, processing invoices, and ensuring smooth financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing a high volume of purchase invoices efficiently and accurately.
• Managing supplier payments and reconciling statements.
• Maintaining a dedicated ledger and ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Posting daily bank transactions.
• Resolving supplier queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assisting with general finance and administrative tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in purchase ledger, accounts payable, or high-volume invoice processing.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to handle financial data accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
