We are currently working with an exciting growing business based in Newport that are looking for an Purchase Ledger Manager to join them for a period of 3-6 months whilst they recruit for a permanent member of staff - this role could possibly be temp to perm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team
  • Ensure invoices and expenses are processed in a timely manner
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Management of expenses system
  • Raising and escalating any issues
  • Weekly reporting
  • Monthly reporting
  • Conduct regular team meetings
  • Review teams daily work load
