Purchase Ledger Manager
Based: Bury area
Salary: up to £35k + benefits + hybrid/flexible working hours

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager who is looking for a new challenge & opportunity
Role:
- Leading a team of 3 people, ensuring training & development
- Overseeing all aspects of purchase ledger – ensuring all invoices are accurate
- Resolving any queries with suppliers
- Supplier invoice and statement reconciliations
- Processing payment runs and month end accruals
- Taking ownership for Purchase Ledger processes – looking to enhance, develop and improve efficiencies
- Taking ownership for new systems, becoming super-user and driving efficiencies and change
- Managing master data, PO, GRNI, 3-way invoice matching processes
Experience:
- Proven experience leading a team in Purchase Ledger department as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager
- Strong end to end Purchase Ledger experience
- Able to use own initiative and suggest improvements and efficiencies
- Strong systems experience, able to lead and develop those
