This business is focused on streamlining financial processes and building a collaborative, structured finance team. This role offers a great opportunity to lead process improvements, system development, and team development, while working in a flexible hybrid environment.What will the Accounts Finance Manager role involve?

• Managing end-to-end AP processes, improving invoicing workflows, and strengthening supplier relationships
• Overseeing credit control team.
• Leading a medium sized transactional finance team.
• Driving process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and system development.
• Working closely with senior stakeholders to develop a high-performing finance function.

Suitable candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

• Experienced AP or AR manager with a track record of delivering process improvements.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Approachable and relationship-focused, with a collaborative leadership style.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
