Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for a dynamic professional organisation who are seeking a Purchasing Administrator/ Assistant to work at their head office on the outskirts of Halesowen. The role will offer hybrid flexibility after successful completion of probation. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.

Duties and tasks will include:

  • Supplier Coordination
  • Inbox Management
  • Order Tracking and Updates
  • Discrepancy Resolution
  • Team Support
  • Stock Management
  • eBay Listings
  • Market Research
  • Dashboard Updates

Candidates welcome to apply for the role will have the following:

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative or purchasing role.
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
