We're seeking a highly skilled Python Developer to join our Voice team in London, working on real-time communication, speech recognition, and MLOps infrastructure. As a Python Developer focusing on back-end development, you'll play a key role in maintaining and evolving our runtime stack, ensuring scalability and reliability. You'll also work closely with a high-performing technical team to drive innovation in conversational AI, and build advanced voice assistants that enable natural, human-like conversations.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain backend systems for AI-driven voice assistants.
• Enhance real-time communication and speech recognition infrastructure.
• Contribute to the team's MLOps and platform stability.
