About the Role:

Acorn By Synergie, on behalf of our prestigious client are seeking a dedicated QA Coordinator to join their team in Newcastle. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality assurance processes are effective and efficient, helping to maintain the highest standards across the business. No experience in a similar role is require, just a great attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the QA team with day-to-day coordination and administration.
• Ensuring documentation and reports are accurate and up to date.
• Monitoring and improving quality processes.
• Collaborating with other departments to meet compliance and quality standards.
