QA Engineer - Oscar Technology : Job Details

QA Engineer (PHP) | £40-£60k | Kent (office based)

We're looking for a QA Engineer that speacilises in PHP to join a rapidly expanding ecommerce company. You will be uilising your expertise in code reviews, system testing, unit testing and working on improving the quality of applications. You will work alongside developers and stakeholders to make sure all requirements are met. If you want to work as part of a fun environment alongisde a great team, this could be for you!

Responsibilities:

• Understand testabliity of new functions and updates
• Conduct code reviews to maintain standards and understand potential bugs
• Carry out test plans for system utlility
• Impliment QA processes to deliver top quality code and software

Skills and experience:

• Strong knowledge of PHP, frameworks such as CakePHP/Laravel
• Automated testing methodologies
• Experience in code review practises
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript/MyAQL/Git
