We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic QA Team Lead to join our clients team with a background in a B2B SaaS company looking for the next step in their career.

Our client is a world-leading web archiving service provider based in the vibrant Spinningfields area of Manchester. With recent expansion into Austin, USA, and over 400 clients acquired in the last 12 months, our client is growing fast. Their cloud-native archive technology is used globally by organisations to create permanent, unalterable records of digital communications, meeting preservation and compliance needs.

As they continue to expand, they are seeking a QA Team Lead to manage and distribute QA resources across projects and business-as-usual tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Resource Management: Plan and distribute QA resources on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to ensure coverage for both projects and BAU tasks.
  • Project Oversight: Act as a key stakeholder for enterprise projects and account overhauls, managing timelines, client requirements, and troubleshooting.
  • Incident Management: Oversee the Zendesk dashboard and ensure effective triaging of support tickets, providing additional resources and handling escalations.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with team leads across departments to manage priorities, improve workflow processes, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Client Support: Provide technical liaison for Account Managers and ensure client communications are effective, particularly for resolution implementations and project progress.

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading a QA team and managing resources across multiple projects.
