- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards and company policies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain QSHE policies and procedures across the business.
- Lead internal audits and support external audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify risks, conduct risk assessments, and drive corrective actions for continual improvement.
- Monitor, track, and analyse QSHE data to optimize safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Train and support teams in health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Investigate non-conformances, safety incidents, and customer complaints, ensuring effective root cause analysis and resolution.
- Maintain supplier and customer compliance through tracking systems (e.g., Entropy).
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and risk management.
The Ideal Candidate:
- NEBOSH, DSEAR, ATEX, or relevant ISO training/auditing experience.
- Strong knowledge of management systems, risk assessment tools, and compliance standards.
- Experience in quality assurance/control and health & safety in a manufacturing environment.
- Sharp analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset (5-Why, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills to drive QSHE initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate with teams.
- GMP knowledge and 5S workplace organization experience (preferred).
