We’re looking for a proactive Health & Safety Coordinator to support our operational excellence and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018. This role is central to maintaining product quality, promoting safe working practices, and championing environmental sustainability.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Implement and maintain company-wide QSHE policies and procedures

  • Ensure full compliance with ISO standards and HSE legislation

  • Lead and support internal and external audits

  • Monitor and enhance QSHE systems for efficiency and effectiveness

  • Deliver training and raise awareness of QSHE best practices across teams

  • Carry out risk assessments and lead investigations into incidents or non-conformances

  • Maintain accurate records and track performance against QSHE KPIs

  • Oversee waste management and workplace cleanliness

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications:

  • NEBOSH certification (required)

  • DSEAR, ATEX, or ISO auditing certifications (desirable)

  • Training in ISO and QSHE management systems (a plus)

Experience & Skills:

  • Background in Quality Assurance and/or Health & Safety in manufacturing

  • Confident in root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, PDCA)

  • Strong communicator - able to influence and coach teams at all levels

  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

  • Familiarity with GMP and 5S (advantageous)
