Pay Rate: £165.26 - £215.24 per day

Role OverviewSMART Education is currently recruiting a Secondary Drama Teacher to join a creative and supportive school environment in Birmingham. This position involves providing impactful drama instruction and additional support to students, helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally through the arts.

• Start Date: January 2025, with immediate interviews and lesson observations available.
• Duration: Until the end of the academic year, with flexibility for full-time or day-to-day assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality drama lessons that inspire student participation and creativity.
• Work collaboratively within the department to contribute to a positive learning environment.
• Assess, support, and enhance students’ academic performance and personal development.
• Actively participate in school activities and foster a supportive classroom atmosphere.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience teaching in a secondary school environment.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing student engagement and attainment.
