Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file personal tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage deadlines effectively to maintain smooth operations.
- Handle limited company accounts, providing expert financial oversight.
- Support and mentor junior staff members, fostering their development.
- Complete CIS returns and manage VAT preparation and returns.
- Process clients' payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Review the work of bookkeepers, maintaining high standards.
- Keep clients informed about their business performance, offering valuable insights.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
Requirements- A minimum of 2 years’ experience within an accountancy practice is essential.
- Proficiency in Xero is crucial, with QuickBooks experience being desirable.
- ACA or ACCA qualification is required, demonstrating your professional competence and dedication.
