Job Opportunity: Qualified SEN Teaching Assistant - Level 2 or Level 3Location: Worcestershire Position: Full-time, Aspire Recruitment are seeking a qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a well-established special school in Worcester. This is an exciting opportunity to support children with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), Autism, Behavioural Challenges, and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD).About the Role:As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students aged 5-16 who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). You will provide tailored support to help these students access the curriculum, build essential life skills, and achieve their full potential.
