About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our Youth Justice Service. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting young people in the justice system, helping them desist from offending and promoting positive outcomes. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring public protection, safeguarding vulnerable children, and reducing the need for care proceedings.
With a manageable caseload, strong management support, and access to high-quality training, you will have the resources and professional freedom to apply creative interventions and make a real difference.
