Your New Role

Our client is one of the largest manufacturers in the South East of England. In this exciting time for the organisation, they are looking for an experience QA Manager to manage the coordination, testing and solutions for all quality problems. You will be responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of all quality standards. You will create, implement and manage the quality strategy. Other key aspects of this role include, reporting to SLT, specifying KPIs and adhering to all health and safety policies.

Ensuring Your Success

Ideally, you will have worked in a similar senior QA position. Ideally you will have a strong background in electronics and have extensive experience working with quality systems. You will be a self starter, who looks to continuously improve, with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Being a confident presenter, with the ability to negotiate and influence is also essential.
