My client is a private Healthcare provider, seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality & Clinical Governance Manager to lead and ensure the delivery of clinical governance, quality, and safety across our services. This key role will be responsible for managing and implementing the Health Governance & Compliance Strategy, ensuring adherence to policies, regulations, and industry standards.As the Quality & Clinical Governance Manager, you will work alongside senior leaders to drive a proactive quality agenda, identify improvement opportunities, and share best practices. You will oversee the clinical governance framework, ensuring the effective delivery of quality and governance activities, while optimizing operational processes and systems for efficient clinical service delivery. You will also be responsible for leading the clinical provider network’s governance, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.Key responsibilities include managing the Quality Management System, developing and implementing the Quality Account, analysing clinical data and incidents to improve patient experience, and providing training and guidance across clinical and non-clinical teams. You will also support the development of business strategy and contribute to the organization’s continuous improvement culture.Essential qualities -Qualified healthcare professional Evidence of continuing professional development in quality management and clinical governance Experience & Knowledge: Previous experience in using computer software including Microsoft OfficeExperience of Clinical Audit and Quality ManagementExperience of leading and managing change Previous experience of Root Cause Analysis Previous experience of working in healthcare Logical decision making and problem solvingAbility to carry out formal presentations If you are a qualified healthcare professional with strong experience in quality management and clinical governance, and you thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
