Quality / CMM Engineer - Bennett & Game Recruitment : Job Details

Quality / CMM Engineer required. Our client is a manufacturer of specialist cast parts for the automotive industry. Due to the ongoing growth, they are seeking an experienced Quality / CMM Engineerto join their team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the scanning of parts using equipment handheld 3D Scanning Ball equipment.

Quality / CMM Engineer Position Overview

• Utilising 3D wireless handheld scanning equipment for inspection purposes
• Engaging in quality related issues to ensure corrective actions
• Complying to ISO16949 & 9001 standards
• An understanding of measuring software is desirable
• Formulating 8D documents on issues

Quality / CMM Engineer Position Requirements

• Previous experience in a Quality Technician role or similar
• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
• Based in a commutable distance of Coventry
• Experience working with Faro Arm, 3D Scanning or CMM equipment
• Qualifications within manufacturing / engineering is desirable but not essential

Quality / CMM Engineer Position Remuneration

• Salary £30,000 - £37,000
• Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 16:00. Friday 07:00 - 11:00
• 33 days holiday, including bank holidays
• Pension
