We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to ensure the standard of our industrial and manufacturing processes in our Redditch location. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality control, implementing improvements and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Description

• Ensure all quality standards are achieved and maintained in the manufacturing process
• Working knowledge and full understanding and application of Quality Engineering tools
• Involvement in NPI projects
• Experience of interfacing with OEM's
• Ensuring customer PPAP requirements are submitted in the line with internal and customer milestones
• Internal/External audits to IATF16949/ISO 9001

Profile

A successful Quality Engineer should have:

• Working in Quality Assurance or a related field.
• Proven experience in a quality engineering role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Ideally Six Sigma
• Internal/External auditor to IATF16949/ISO9001 standards
• A strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency with quality control software and statistical analysis.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
