Quality Inspector - Reed : Job Details

• Location: Jarrow
• Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts (1 week of 9am-5pm, 1 week of 1pm-8pm)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our clients fantastic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performing visual inspections on various types of welds, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.

• Conduct visual inspections of welds to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Identify and document any defects or non-conformities.
• Collaborate with the production team to address and resolve quality issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and findings.
• Ensure all inspection tools and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

• Proven experience in visual inspection, ideally of welds.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts as specified.
