Description
- Oversee the development and implementation of quality standards within the department.
- Lead, inspire and manage a team of quality assurance professionals.
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with national and international regulations and standards.
- Manage resources and budget to deliver quality programs.
- Report on the performance of quality systems to top management.
Profile
A successful Quality Manager should have:
- A degree in a relevant Engineering or Manufacturing discipline.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- A solid understanding of quality assurance techniques and best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
