Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a good understanding of building regulations looking for a varied role within a growing company providing high quality homes across Northern Ireland?

This well-established company have provided over 400 homes across Tyrone, Omagh and Dungannon and are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their friendly team.

This varied role will see you discussing budgets for potential new sites, ensuring each project meets legal and quality standards, discussing rates with suppliers and contractors and overseeing current construction projects. You will initially receive training and then work closely with the design and construction teams across multiple sites in Northern Ireland. This role requires travel and the company will reimburse mileage for travel to different sites.

This exciting role would suit a Quantity Surveyor who is happy overseeing current and future construction projects, can travel across Northern Ireland counties and has a good knowledge of the engineering/construction sector.

The Role:

• Monday - Friday 8:00 - 17:00
• Work out quantities and costs of materials
• Discuss rates with suppliers and contractors
• Ensure all projects are up to industry standard
• Oversee current and potential new sites

The Person:

• Experienced Quantity Surveyor (4+ years)
• Full UK Driving License
• Good knowledge of Northern Irish building regulations
• Commutable to Tyrone, Omagh and Dungannon
