Quantity Surveyor - Appcastenterprise : Job Details

We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Construction team based in Witham, Essex.

Location: Witham, Essex 

Contract: Full Time, Permanent – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know

Responsibilities

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Commercial team, supporting the  site teams across a range of sectors of projects.

Your day to day will include:

• Working alongside the project delivery team, you will ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors.
• Having exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery
• You will manage the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement and be involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome.

What are we looking for?

This role of Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:

• Ideally you will have experience from a similar role within the construction industry
• You'll be proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel
