Day to Day of the role:
- Manage the delivery of a portfolio of projects with high levels of commercial competency, accountability, and quality.
- Work closely across disciplines to ensure successful project delivery within budget to enable growth.
- Be client-facing to promote business development and growth, while cross-selling services and locations.
- Embrace the company culture to develop greater teamwork and mentor/develop colleagues.
- Provide specialist advice to stakeholders and clients, while broadening your own technical, commercial, and legal knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A track record of managing and leading projects across highways, rail, energy, and utility sectors.
- Membership or progression towards the Chartered Institute of Surveyors (RICS) or other recognised equivalent bodies.
- Extensive experience with common forms of Construction Contracts such as NEC, FIDIC, etc.
- Working knowledge of Prism or other reporting systems.
- Excellent understanding of industry best practices and standards.
- Ability to inspire and motivate people to successfully deliver projects and unlock future talent.
