Quantity Surveyor - Brandon James Ltd : Job Details

A young, high-flying Cost Consultancy in London are seeking a MRICS Quantity Surveyor who would enjoy working across tantalising, top tier projects in the Middle East.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will deliver a pre contract role alongside a team of 10 on a mixture of projects across the Middle East including:

• 2x hotels on the Red Sea Coast
• Museums
• The residence of a Crown Prince
• 420 metre high, ultra high tower (yes, that's bigger than the Shard!)

Outside of the above, the successful Quantity Surveyor shall also take ownership of more traditional projects across London and the Home Counties, including commercial, life science, and private residential.

The Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS
• PQS / Consultancy background
• Excellent pre contract knowledge
• Professional, presentable, and client facing

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000, plus package, and 1-2 days WFH
