The Quantity Surveyor

Joining a vibrant team of thirteen, the newly hired quantity surveyor will be part of the growing eight-person QS team.

The right quantity surveyor will have a varied and interesting workload that includes exciting projects such as student housing, housing associations and private residential, education (universities & colleges), blue light, heritage & conservation, and commercial projects.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will ideally have:

• A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
• Pre & Post Contract experience
• MRICS or currently working towards & in need of additional support
• The desire to have a varied workload sector wise, not sector specific work
