The Quantity Surveyor Role

The incoming Quantity Surveyor will collaborate with clients across the real estate, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors, specialising in major programs, program management, cost and commercial management, net-zero initiatives, and digital solutions.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification
• MRICS ideally or committed to achieving
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a Consultancy environment, ideally in property and real estate
• Analytical and keen to develop professionally
• Excellent client-facing abilities, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction
• Proactive, passionate, and decisive; thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure settings
