A Scotland leading, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking for an enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team, based in Glasgow.

The Quantity Surveyors' role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will become an integral part of a dynamic team of 20, playing a key role in delivering high-profile residential, education, and healthcare projects, with values reaching up to £100m.

Once settled into the practice, you will also take on a mentoring role, guiding and supporting Assistant Quantity Surveyors, and progressively taking responsibility for larger, more complex projects. This position offers the opportunity to further develop your leadership skills while managing significant projects across multiple sectors.

The Quantity Surveyor

• BSc / MSc in Quantity Surveying
• Ideally MRICS qualified or the APC pathway
• A successful track record of delving pre and post cost management roles
• Team player with strong communication skills
