Our client is a respected fit-out contractor known for delivering high-quality, fast-track projects across sectors like hospitality, retail, healthcare, and premium residential. They’re seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor who can bring expertise in both general construction and specialized fit-out.

About the Role

• Handle tendering, quotations, and subcontract negotiations
• Submit and manage bids
• Conduct site visits to validate tender documents
• Assess project variations and design changes
• Manage client and supplier relationships

Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years in fast-track fit-out
• Must be free to travel e.g. Exeter, Birmingham, Central London, Bristol and Cambridge
• Knowledge of joinery and fit-out processes
• Client-facing and site visit experience
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, analytical, and communication skills
