The Quantity Surveyor's Role

This is more than just a job - it's an opportunity to take your career to new heights. As a Quantity Surveyor in this team of 10, you'll work directly alongside Board-level Directors, ensuring you're more than just a number. Established in 1994, this consultancy champions collaboration and values each team member's input.

You'll split your time between Quantity Surveying (85%) and Project Management (15%), tackling exciting projects across the city. These include commercial developments, CAT A & B fit-outs, structural refurbishments, and re-modelling works. With a prestigious client base spanning Commercial, Office, Banking, Life Sciences, Property, and Private Funds, no two days are ever the same.

The Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS, or working towards completing your APC diary, or eager to get chartered
• 3+ years cost management / cost consultancy experience
• Project Management or Employers Agent experience or aspirations to do so
• Commercial project experience is a bonus
• Hard working, team player
• Eager for greater responsibility
