A dynamic, fast-growing Construction and Property Consultancy are looking for a client-facing Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham.

Operating out of three strategic offices, this highly reputable firm has established a strong presence across the Birmingham market.

The Quantity Surveyors' role

Joining a Quantity Surveying team of 6, the successful Quantity Surveyor will benefit from a supportive, flexible, and dynamic company culture, with continuous opportunity for professional development.

In this role, the Quantity Surveyor will support a diverse and exciting pipeline of projects across various sectors, including industrial, offices, education, student accommodation, ecclesiastical, listed buildings and public. Project values typically range from £300k to £60m.

With exciting growth plans in place, this is a fantastic time to join this consultancy, with the unique opportunity to play a crucial role in these goals, while working towards a Senior level role.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be able to work autonomously as well as enjoy working within a friendly and team-focused environment.

• A degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
• Ideally MRICS or working towards
• Previous experience within a consultancy environment
• Strong pre and post contract experience
• Varied sector experience is preferred
